These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Recovery of Benefits) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 4th December 2000.

Social Security (Recovery of Benefits) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2000
In regulation 1(2) of the Social Security (Recovery of Benefits) Regulations 1997 (interpretation) for the words “Reyrolle Building, Hebburn, Tyne and Wear, NE31 1XB” there shall be substituted the words “Durham House, Washington, Tyne and Wear, NE38 7SF”.
In regulation 29(5) of the Social Security and Child Support (Decisions and Appeals) Regulations 1999 (particulars required in respect of certificates of recoverable benefits) for the words “Reyrolle Building, Hebburn, Tyne and Wear, NE31 1XB” there shall be substituted the words “Durham House, Washington, Tyne and Wear, NE38 7SF”.
In regulation 33(2)(a) of the Social Security and Child Support (Decisions and Appeals) Regulations 1999 (making of appeals and applications) for the words “Reyrolle Building, Hebburn, Tyne and Wear, NE31 1XB” there shall be substituted the words “Durham House, Washington, Tyne and Wear, NE38 7SF”.
