(1) The following provisions shall have effect in relation to the 1967 Order so far as that Order has effect as part of the law of Anguilla, the law of Montserrat or, as the case may be, the law of the Virgin Islands.
(2) Section 10 shall have effect as if the word “, Master” were inserted after the word “judge”.
(3) Section 12 shall have effect as if—
(a) in subsection (1), the words “and for Anguilla, Montserrat and the Virgin Islands, an office of Master,” were inserted after the word “States” in the first place where it occurs; and
(b) in subsection (2), the words “the office of Master,” were inserted before the words “the office of Chief Registrar”.
(4) Section 13(1) shall have effect as if the word “Masters,” were inserted after the word “judges,”.
