Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Land Registration (Conduct of Business) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 1st January 2001.

Section 2Amendment of the Land Registration (Conduct of Business) Regulations 2000

For the table in Part II of the Schedule to the Land Registration (Conduct of Business) Regulations 2000 substitute the following table—
