Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Rail Vehicle Accessibility (South West Trains Class 170/3 Vehicles) Exemption (Amendment) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 31st December 2000.

The Rail Vehicle Accessibility (South West Trains Class 170/3 Vehicles) Exemption (Amendment) Order 2000
Section 2
The Rail Vehicle Accessibility (South West Trains Class 170/3 Vehicles) Exemption Order 2000 (“the principal Order”) shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions.
Section 3
In article 5 of the principal Order for “regulations 4(3)(b) and 5” there shall be substituted “regulation 4(3)(b)”.
Section 4
After article 5 of the principal order the following shall be inserted—
(5A) The exemption given in respect of regulation 5 shall cease at the end of 1st July 2001.
