Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Rail Vehicle Accessibility (The Chiltern Railway Company Limited Class 168/1 Vehicles) Exemption (No. 2) (Amendment) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 31st December 2000.

Section 2

The Rail Vehicle Accessibility (The Chiltern Railway Company Limited Class 168/1 Vehicles) Exemption (No. 2) Order 2000 (“the principal Order”) shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions.

Section 3

In article 5 of the principal Order the words “and regulation 5” shall be deleted.

Section 4

After article 5 of the principal Order the following shall be inserted—

(5A) The exemption given in respect of regulation 5 shall cease at the end of 31st July 2001.
