Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Jersey) (Amendment) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 3rd January 2001.

Section 2

The Schedule to the Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2000 shall be amended as follows:

(a) by substituting for paragraph 28—

(28) For article 90 and its heading, substitute:

Aerodromes

(90) An aircraft shall not take off or land at any place in Jersey other than a Government aerodrome or an aerodrome licensed under this Order and in accordance with any condition subject to which the aerodrome may have been notified under article 91 or licensed under article 92 of this Order.

(b) by omitting from the article substituted by paragraph 29, the words from “engaged” to the end.
