Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Post Office Users' National Council (Appointed Day) Order 2000 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Section 2The Appointed Day

The day appointed for the purposes of section 118 of the Postal Services Act 2000 is 1st January 2001.
