Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Open-Ended Investment Companies (Investment Companies with Variable Capital) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 2nd April 2001.

Section 2

The Schedule to the Open-Ended Investment Companies (Investment Companies with Variable Capital) (Fees) Regulations 1998 is amended by:

(a) substituting, in respect of the entries in the first column listed below, the sums set out in relation to those entries for the sums specified in relation to those entries in the second column of the Schedule to those Regulations as follows:
