Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Public Telecommunication System Designation (Central North Sea Fibre Telecommunications Company Limited) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 19th January 2001.

Section 2

Each of the Applicable Systems is hereby designated as a public telecommunication system.
