The Finance Act 2000, Schedule 6 Part V, (Appointed Day) Order 2000
Section 2
The date appointed as the day on which paragraphs 59 and 60 of Part V of Schedule 6 to the Finance Act 2000 come into force is 2 January 2001.
Section 3
The date appointed as the day on which paragraphs 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58 and 61 of Part V of Schedule 6 to the Finance Act 2000 come into force is 29 January 2001.
