Section 1 Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Borough of Waverley (Electoral Changes) (Amendment) Order 2000.

(2) This Order shall come into force on the day after that on which it is made.

Section 2 Amendment of Order

The Borough of Waverley (Electoral Changes) Order 1999 is amended, in Schedule 1, column (3),—

(a) by the insertion, in respect of the column (1) entry “Godalming Binscombe”, of the numeral “2”;

(b) by the substitution—

(i) for the numeral “3”, of the numeral “2”, in respect of the column (1) entry “Haslemere East and Grayswood”; and

(ii) for the numeral “2”, of the numeral “3”, in respect of the column (1) entry “Hindhead”.
