Section 1 Citation

This Order may be cited as the Transport Act 2000 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2000.

Section 2 Provisions coming into force on 15th January 2001

The following provisions of the Transport Act 2000 shall come into force on 15th January 2001—

sections 201 to 210 (and accordingly Schedule 14),

section 222,

section 241,

section 250 (and accordingly Schedule 26),

section 252, in so far as it relates to paragraph 50 of Schedule 27, and

section 274, in so far as it relates to the repeal (in Schedule 31) of sections 7(10) and 113 of the Railways Act 1993 .
