Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Grantham and District Hospital, the Lincoln and Louth and the Pilgrim Health National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 1st April 2000.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts
(1) The Grantham and District Hospital National Health Service Trust established by the Grantham and District Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1994 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
(2) The Lincoln and Louth National Health Service Trust established by the Lincoln Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
(3) The Pilgrim Health National Health Service Trust established by the Pilgrim Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
