Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Blight Provisions) (England) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 1st April 2000.

(2) This Order extends to England only.

Section 2Limit of annual value

The amount prescribed for the purposes of section 149(3)(a) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 is £24,600.

Section 3Revocation

Article 4 of the Town and Country Planning (Blight Provisions) Order 1990 is hereby revoked insofar as it extends to England.
