Section 1 Citation, commencement and extent

This Order may be cited as the Airports (Designation) (Removal and Disposal of Vehicles) (Amendment) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 10th April 2000.

Section 2 Designation

In Schedule 1 to the Airports (Designation) (Removal and Disposal of Vehicles) Order 1990 (which lists airports designated for the purposes of section 66 of the Airports Act 1986) there shall be inserted (at the appropriate place in alphabetical order) the following entry–

Bournemouth.
