Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Mount Vernon and Watford Hospitals and the St. Albans and Hemel Hempstead National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 1st April 2000.

Section 2Dissolution of the NHS trusts
The Mount Vernon and Watford Hospitals National Health Service Trust established by the Mount Vernon and Watford Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order and the St. Albans and Hemel Hempstead National Health Service Trust established by the St. Albans and Hemel Hempstead National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order are hereby dissolved, and accordingly those Orders are hereby revoked.
