Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Parliamentary Commissioner Order 2000 and shall come Into force on 13th April 2000.

Section 2

Schedule 2 to the Act shall be amended by the insertion in the appropriate place in alphabetical order of the entry “Disability Rights Commission”.

Section 3

Schedule 4 to the Act shall be amended by the deletion of the entries “tribunals constituted in Great Britain under regulations made under section 4 of the Vaccine Damage Payments Act 1979”, “social security appeal tribunals constituted under section 41 of the Social Security Administration Act 1992” and “disability appeal tribunals constituted under section 43 of that Act”.
