Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Travelling Expenses and Remission of Charges) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 31st March 2000.

(2) These Regulations extend to England only.

Section 2Amendment of regulation 1 of the National Health Service (Travelling Expenses and Remission of Charges) Amendment Regulations 2000

At the end of regulation 1(1) of the National Health Service (Travelling Expenses and Remission of Charges) Amendment Regulations 2000 there shall be added the words “and shall come into force on 1st April 2000.”.
