Section 1 Citation and Commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 20th April 2000.

Section 2 Amendments to Schedule 1 (Separate Directives)

(1) Schedule 1 to the Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) Regulations 1998 shall be further amended by the insertion in the third and fourth columns of the Table of the entries specified below.
