Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the South Peterborough Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2000 and shall come into force on 4th April 2000.

(2) In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires—

“the principal Order ” means the South Peterborough Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order .

Section 2 Amendment of the Schedule to the principal Order

In the Schedule to the principal Order—

(a) after “Wittering” insert “, Peterborough South”; and

(b) at the end add the following—

In the District of Fenland—

the electoral wards of Whittlesey Bassenhally, Whittlesey Central, Whittlesey East, Whittlesey Kingsmoor, Whittlesey South, Whittlesey West.

In the District of Huntingdonshire—

the electoral wards of Elton, Yaxley, Farcet, Stilton.
