Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Route Charges for Navigation Services) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 1st May 2000.

Section 2

The Civil Aviation (Route Charges for Navigation Services) Regulations 1999 shall be amended as follows:

In column (3) of Schedule 2 for the unit rate in euros for Slovakia of “54.95” there shall be substituted “53.53”.
