Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2000 and shall come into force on 11th April 2000.

(2) In this Order, “ the Order ” means the Churchill John Radcliffe National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 .

Section 2Additional non-executive director

In article 4(1) of the Order (directors of the trust), for “5 non-executive ” there shall be substituted “6 non-executive”.
