This Order may be cited as the A4 Trunk Road (Bath Road, Hillingdon) (Prohibition of U-Turns) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 10th April 2000.

The A4 Trunk Road (Bath Road, Hillingdon) (Prohibition of U-Turns) Order 2000
In this Order–
“Bath Road” means that length of the A4 trunk road in the London Borough of Hillingdon known as Bath Road;
“central reserve” means that part of Bath Road which separates its two carriageways for the safety and guidance of vehicular traffic using that road; and
“Sipson Way” means the road of that name in the London Borough of Hillingdon.
No person shall cause or permit any vehicle proceeding in Bath Road to make a “U” turn through the gaps in the central reservation at the junction with Sipson Way so as to proceed in the opposite direction.
Nothing in this Order shall apply to any vehicle being used for Police, Fire Brigade or Ambulance purposes and anything done at the direction of a constable in uniform or of a traffic warden.
