Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the British Waterways Board (Limit for Borrowing) Order 2001 and shall come into force on the day following the day on which it is made.

Section 2Specified limit of borrowing

£35 million is hereby specified for the purposes of section 19(3)(iv) of the Transport Act 1962.

Section 3Revocation

The British Waterways Board (Limit for Borrowing) Order 1983 is revoked.
