Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Financial Services Act 1986 (Exemption) Order 2001 and comes into force on 9th April 2001.

Section 2

Article 3 of the Financial Services Act 1986 (Miscellaneous Exemptions) Order 1995 is omitted.
