Section 1
(1) This Order may be cited as the Police Act 1997 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2001.
(2) This Order extends to England and Wales.

The Police Act 1997 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2001
Section 2
(1) Sections 120(3), 122(1) and (2) and 125 of the Police Act 1997 shall come into force on 19th March 2001.
(2) Section 120(1), (2) and (4) to (7) of the Police Act 1997 shall come into force on 1st May 2001.
