Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Council Tax Benefit (Permitted Totals) (Amendment) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

Section 2Amendment of article 2 of the Council Tax Benefit (Permitted Totals) Order 1996
In article 2 of the Council Tax Benefit (Permitted Totals) Order 1996 (permitted total of benefit allowed in exercise of a discretion) for “100.1%” there shall be substituted “100.025%”.
