Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Criminal Defence Service (Funding) (Amendment) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 2nd April 2001.

Section 2 Amendment to the Criminal Defence Service (Funding) Order 2001

In article 2 of the Criminal Defence Service (Funding) Order 2001, in the definition of “the Contract”, the following shall be inserted after “2001”;

“, as amended on 12th March 2001”;
