Section 2Citation and interpretation
In this Order, “ the Act ” means the Employment Relations Act 1999.
Section 3Commencement
The following provisions of the Act shall come into force on 18th April 2001—
(a) section 41 and Schedule 8; and
(b) the repeals specified in column 3 of Schedule 9 to the Act, to the extent specified in column 3 of the Schedule to this Order.
