Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Owner Liability) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

The Road Traffic (Owner Liability) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2001
Section 2
In Forms FP1 and FP4 in Schedule 1 to the Road Traffic (Owner Liability) Regulations 2000 for the words “Clerk to the Justices” there shall be substituted the words “Chief Executive to the Justices”.
Section 3
The Road Traffic (Owner Liability) (Amendment) Regulations 2001 are hereby revoked.
