Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Nottingham Healthcare and the Central Nottinghamshire Healthcare National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts

(1) The Nottingham Healthcare National Health Service Trust established by the Nottingham Healthcare National Health Service (Establishment) Order 1993 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.

(2) The Central Nottinghamshire Healthcare National Health Service Trust established by the Central Nottinghamshire Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
