Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the National Health Service Trusts (Originating Capital) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 31st March 2001.

(2) In this Order “the Schedule” means the Schedule to this Order.

Section 2Originating capital of NHS trusts

The originating capital of an NHS trust specified in column 1 of the Schedule shall be of the amount specified opposite it in column 2 of the Schedule.
