Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Horizon and the West Herts Community Health National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts

(1) The Horizon National Health Service Trust established by the Horizon National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.

(2) The West Herts Community Health National Health Service Trust established by the West Herts Community Health National Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1994 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
