Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Northampton Community Healthcare and the Rockingham Forest National Health Services Trusts (Dissolution) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts

(1) The Northampton Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust established by the Northampton Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.

(2) The Rockingham Forest National Health Service Trust established by the Rockingham Forest National Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
