Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Northern Ireland Act 1998 (Designation of Public Authorities) Order 2001 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

The Northern Ireland Act 1998 (Designation of Public Authorities) Order 2001
Section 2
The departments, corporations and bodies listed in Schedule 1 to this Order (being departments, corporations and bodies listed in Schedule 2 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 ) are hereby designated for the purposes of section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998.
Section 3
The persons listed in Schedule 2 to this Order are hereby designated for the purposes of section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998.
