Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Barnet Community Healthcare, the Enfield Community Care and the Haringey Health Care National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts

(1) The Barnet Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust established by the Barnet Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
(2) The Enfield Community Care National Health Servic Trust established by the Enfield Community Care National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
(3) The Haringey Health Care National Health Service Trust established by the Haringey Health Care National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
