Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Southend on Sea Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

Section 2Amendment of Primary Care Trust Establishment Order

In the Southend on Sea Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order 2000 article 8 shall be deleted.
