The Inner London Court Staff Pensions (Amendment) Order 2001

Section 1

(1) This Order may be cited as the Inner London Court Staff Pensions (Amendment) Order 2001 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

(2) In this Order “the principal Order ” means the Inner London Court Staff Pensions Order 2001 .

Section 2

In article 2(1) of the principal Order, for the words “the making of this Order” there shall be substituted the words “the commencement of this Order”.

Section 3

As from the coming into force of this Order the principal Order shall have effect as if article 2(1) of that Order when made referred to the commencement instead of the making of that Order.
