Section 1Citation and commencement
These Rules may be cited as the Employment Appeal Tribunal (Amendment) Rules 2001 (Amendment) Rules 2001 and shall come into force on 16th April 2001.

Section 2Amendment of the Employment Appeal Tribunal (Amendment) Rules 2001
Rule 1(1) of the Employment Appeal Tribunal (Amendment) Rules 2001 shall be amended by the substitution of the words “16th July 2001” for the words “18th April 2001”.
