Section 1Citation, and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Transport Act 2000 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2001.

Section 2Provisions coming into force on 1st May 2001

Section 3 of the Transport Act 2000 shall come into force on 1st May 2001.

Section 3Provisions coming into force on 1st July 2001

Section 265 of the Transport Act 2000 shall come into force on 1st July 2001.
