Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Hillingdon Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st May 2001.

Section 2Amendment of Establishment Order

In the Hillingdon Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order 2000 —
(a) in article 1(2), the definition of “community health services” shall be omitted; and
(b) article 8 (exercise of functions) shall be omitted.
