Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the United Lincolnshire Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2001 and shall come into force on 5th February 2001.

(2) In this Order, “ the Order ” means the United Lincolnshire Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 2000 .

Section 2Additional non-executive director

In article 4 of the Order (directors of the trust), for “5 non-executive” there shall be substituted “7 non-executive”.
