Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as The Community Health Services, Southern Derbyshire National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts
(1) The Community Health Services Southern Derbyshire National Health Service Trust established by The Community Health Services Southern Derbyshire Community National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
