Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Tests) (Amendment) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 28th May 2001.

Section 2Preliminary

The Motor Vehicles (Tests) Regulations 1981 shall be further amended as follows.

Section 3Amendments to regulation 20 (fees for examinations)

(1) Regulation 20 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In the provisions specified in column 1 of the following Table for the amounts specified in column 2 there shall be substituted the amounts specified in column 3.

(3) In the Table in paragraph (4), for the amounts specified in column 1 of the Table below there shall be substituted the amounts specified in column 2.

(4) In the Table in paragraph (4A), for the amounts specified in column 1 of the Table below there shall be substituted the amounts specified in column 2.
