Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Goods Vehicles (Plating and Testing) (Amendment) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 28th May 2001.

Section 2Preliminary

The Goods Vehicles (Plating and Testing) Regulations 1988 shall be further amended as follows.

Section 3Amendments relating to fees

(1) In regulation 12, in paragraph (3), for the Table there shall be substituted the following Table—

(2) In the regulations specified in column (1) of the following Table for the amounts specified in column (2) there shall be substituted the amounts specified in column (3).
