Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Children (Allocation of Proceedings) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 4th June 2001.

Section 2Amendment to the Children (Allocation of Proceedings) Order 1991

In Schedule 1 to the Children (Allocation of Proceedings) Order 1991 , under the heading “ Western Circuit ”, after “Weymouth County Court” there shall be inserted “Yeovil County Court”.
