Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Halton General Hospital and the Warrington Hospital National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts

(1) The Halton General Hospital National Health Service Trust established by the Halton General Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.

(2) The Warrington Hospital National Health Service Trust esablished by the Warrington Hospital National Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
