This Order may be cited as the Railways (Closure Provisions) (Exemptions) (St. Pancras) Order 2001 and shall come into force—
(a) as regards the forecourt of St. Pancras Station, on 1st June 2001,
and
(b) as regards the remainder, on 1st July 2001.

This Order may be cited as the Railways (Closure Provisions) (Exemptions) (St. Pancras) Order 2001 and shall come into force—
(a) as regards the forecourt of St. Pancras Station, on 1st June 2001,
and
(b) as regards the remainder, on 1st July 2001.
In this Order—
“the specified network” means—
the railway lines situated within St. Pancras Station;
the railway lines running to St. Pancras station from the junction immediately beneath the bridge known as “Bridge number 13”, which carries the North London Line over the Midland Main Line;
the railway lines that—
connect with the railway lines referred to in paragraphs (a) and (b) but do not form part of those lines; and
are connected to railway junctions that are south of the junction mentioned in paragraph (b) above; and
all installations associated with the railway lines mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (c) above and which form part of a network; and
“St. Pancras station” means the railway station that is situated at St. Pancras, adjacent to the Euston Road, London, NW1.
Section 39 of the Railways Act 1993 (notification of proposals to close operational passenger networks) is not to have effect in relation to the specified network.
(1) Section 41 of the Railways Act 1993 (notification of proposals to close of railway facilities used in connection with passenger services) is not to have effect in relation to St. Pancras station.
