Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 31st May 2001.

Section 2Amendment of the Child Support (Collection and Enforcement and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2000

In regulation 1 of the Child Support (Collection and Enforcement and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2000 there shall be inserted after paragraph (2)—

(2A) Regulation 2(6)(b) and, for the purposes of that provision, this regulation, shall come into force on 31st May 2001.
