Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the International Transport of Goods under Cover of TIR Carnets (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 1st June 2001.

Section 2

(1) The International Transport of Goods under Cover of TIR Carnets (Fees) Regulations 1988 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In the regulations specified in column 1 of the Table for the amounts specified in column 2 there shall be substituted the amounts specified in column 3.
